Ans- The source image is the image which the AI analyzes and extracts the LUT(color-grading filter) from. The target image is the image on which the LUT(or color-grading filter) is applied. Basically it copies the color style of the source image into target image. It saves time in manual color grading and has potential application in commercial film editing purposes.
